The 2020s brought a new reason to play: benefit concerts for The Midnight Mission, the Skid Row institution that has served downtown Los Angeles since 1914 — meals, emergency shelter, job training, and long-term recovery programs for people rebuilding their lives. A night on stage turns into all of it.
